2009 Re-union 1

The 2011 re-union was held again in Allesbury, Coventry - in October.

On Saturday the group went by coach to the new National Arboretum where they were met by our very excellent Archivist, Brian Rose, who unfortunately is retiring due to poor health. Brian was unable to attend the re-union, but to everybody's pleasure his daughter brought him to meet our group for a short time. Brian is shown in the following photo along with Ruth Saunders:-

THE 2013 RE-UNION

This was held again at the Coventry Hill Hotel in October. The following photos were provided by Trev Maston:-

As usual, there was a coach outing and this year they went to the Ironbridge District in Shropshire.

This was the site of the worlds first cast iron bridge, and was constructed in 1779.

The bridge spans the Severn River and is a World Heritage Site.
